Brandon Grinage, MD
Owner/Medical Director
Brandon Grinage, MD is an Anesthesiologist practicing in northwest Georgia since 2012. Initially, Dr. Grinage received his undergraduate degree in business with a minor in literature. However, after a few years of working in the world of investments, he lost a close personal friend. This loss made him rethink the course of his life. Dr. Grinage’s decision to pursue a career in which he would be able to directly impact the lives of others saw him return to school. He received his Medical Doctorate from the Medical College of Georgia in 2008. After graduating from medical school, Dr. Grinage completed a surgical internship at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, and then he returned to Medical College of Georgia in Augusta to complete his residency in anesthesiology and perioperative medicine.
After graduating from residency, Dr. Grinage moved to northwest Georgia to begin working as an anesthesiologist in a local community hospital. He has remained at the same facility since 2012, where he is dedicated to providing excellent care for patients in the operating rooms and delivery rooms. In addition to these responsibilities, Dr. Grinage has also served on several hospital committees including Peer Review, Pharmacy & Therapeutics, Trauma Review Board, and Chair of the Department of Surgery.
Dr. Grinage has seen first hand the impact depression or PTSD can have on an individual and their family. He has seen the crippling effects of chronic aches and the lives destroyed by narcotic dependence and addiction. The potential that Ketamine has shown in numerous studies to help patients overcome depression, PTSD, chronic aches, and many other maladies is beyond significant. This treatment is inspiring and provides hope to the millions of Americans that have long felt overlooked, ignored, or beyond help. It is with this in mind that Dr. Grinage enthusiastically joined Wesley Karcher to open Invictus Clinic.
Dr. Grinage is a proud member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists and the Georgia Society of Anesthesiologists.
